The National Banking and Securities Commission informs that the authorizations for the organization and operation as investment companies of Nteusa, S.A. de C.V., Nortefp, S.A. de C.V., and Sinca Bajío, S.A. de C.V. have ceased to have effect by operation of law. These societies have entered a state of dissolution and liquidation without the need for a general shareholders' meeting agreement because they failed to obtain authorization for transformation into investment funds within the statutory deadline. The decision is based on Article 38 of the Decree reforming financial matters and issuing the Law for the Regulation of Financial Groups, published on January 10, 2014.

NOTICE
Based on Article 38, sections I, first and second paragraphs, and III, of the Decree reforming, adding, and repealing various provisions in financial matters and issuing the Law for the Regulation of Financial Groups, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on January 10, 2014 (hereinafter the "Decree"), the National Banking and Securities Commission (hereinafter the "Commission") informs that by operation of law, the authorizations for the organization and functioning as investment companies of the societies indicated below have ceased to have effect and said societies have entered a state of dissolution and liquidation without the need for a general shareholders' meeting agreement, since they did not obtain authorization from this Commission for their transformation into an investment fund within the timeframe referred to in Article 38, section I, second paragraph of the Decree.
