This Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, through the General Legal Directorate of Insurance, Bonds and Pensions of the Unit of Insurance, Pensions and Social Security, based on the provisions of Article 30 of the Federal Law of Fees, and in exercise of the powers conferred upon the head of said General Legal Directorate by Article 36, fraction VI, of the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, considering the information provided by the National Insurance and Bonds Commission, informs you of the annual fees that you must pay for the concept of inspection and surveillance rights, corresponding to the 2020 fiscal year, with a global amount of 627.5 million pesos, according to the relationship attached and which forms part of this office notice.

These fees:

1. Will be calculated from January 1, 2020.

2. Will be deposited to the Treasury of the Federation through the E5 electronic payment system using the procedure in force.

3. Must be made through banks on a monthly advance basis, within the first five days of each month.

Insurance institutions and mutual insurance societies must present their proof of payment to the National Insurance and Bonds Commission no later than the 15th day of the respective month, in accordance with Article 4, third paragraph of the Federal Law of Fees, at the offices of said Commission, located at Av. Insurgentes Sur, 2nd floor, Colonia Guadalupe Inn, Álvaro Obregón Delegation, Postal Code 01020, in Mexico City, and if they fail to comply within the established deadline for deposit, they must add to the amount to be paid the corresponding update and surcharge amounts.

On the other hand, insurance institutions that issue bonds, in addition to covering the fees indicated in the attached document, must cover the amounts corresponding to bond operations carried out.
