Notice No. 5/96 of the Bank of Portugal
Notice No. 5/96 amends Notice No. 3/93 to set the Bank of Portugal's discount rate at 7%. This regulation entered into force on the day immediately following its publication.

The Bank of Portugal, using the competence attributed to it by Articles 18 and 22 of its Organic Law, determines the following:

Paragraph 1 of Paragraph 1 of Notice No. 3/93, published in the 2nd supplement to the Official Gazette (DR), 2nd series, No. 117, of 20-5-93, shall have the following wording:

- 1 - The Bank of Portugal's discount rate is fixed at 7%.

This notice enters into force on the day immediately following its publication.
