Having regard to the provisions of paragraph 1 of Article 160 of the General Regime of Credit Institutions and Financial Companies, approved by Decree-Law 298/92 of December 31, with the wording given by Decree-Law 246/95 of September 14, the Bank of Portugal, upon proposal of the executive committee of the Deposit Guarantee Fund, establishes the following:
1 - The value of the initial contribution provided for in paragraph 1 of Article 160 of the General Regime of Credit Institutions and Financial Companies is fixed at 10 million escudos.
2 - This notice shall take effect from July 1, 1995.
