The notice initiates an administrative procedure to declare the federal property located at Bondojito Street No. 227, Nezahualcóyotl, State of Mexico, subject to the Federal Public Domain Regime under Article 29, Section IV of the General Law of National Assets. Owners and/or possessors of adjacent properties are granted a ten-day natural period to submit written claims and supporting documentation to the General Directorate of Administration of Federal Real Estate Patrimony. This deadline is calculated from the day following the publication of the notice in the Official Gazette of the Federation.

NOTICE through which the initiation of the administrative procedure to issue the Declaration of Subject to the Regime of Public Domain of the Federation is made known, regarding the Federal real estate indicated, as it falls under the circumstance established in Article 29, Section IV in relation to Articles 6, Section V, and the Fourth Transitory Provision of the General Law of National Assets. On the margin, a seal with the National Coat of Arms, which reads: United Mexican States.- Treasury.- Ministry of

That in virtue of the fact that the real estate in question is under the control and administration of the Ministry
of Treasury and Public Credit through its Decentralized Administrative Body named Institute of
Administration and Appraisal of National Assets, based on Articles 2, 4, and 32 of the Federal Law of
Administrative Procedure, as well as Article 292 of the Federal Code of Civil Procedures applied
suppletorily to the cited law, IT IS GRANTED TO THE INTERESTED PARTIES a DEADLINE of TEN DAYS
NATURAL, counted from the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation, for
themselves or through their legal representatives, to manifest what is convenient for their rights,
through a free written document addressed to the General Directorate of Administration of Federal Real Estate Patrimony,
which must be accompanied by the documentation that substantiates their statement, presenting it at the
address located at Mexico Avenue number 151, Del Carmen Neighborhood, Postal Code 04100, Coyoacán
Alcaldía, Mexico City, during hours from Monday to Friday from 9:00 hours to 17:00 hours.
