NOTICE through which the initiation of the administrative procedure to issue the Declaration of Subject to the Regime of Public Domain of the Federation is made known, regarding the Federal real estate indicated, as it falls under the circumstance established in Article 29, Section IV in relation to Articles 6, Section V, and the Fourth Transitory Provision of the General Law of National Assets. (R.F.I. 15-5446-5).

On the margin, a seal with the National Coat of Arms, which reads: United Mexican States.- Treasury.- Ministry of

Treasury and Public Credit.- Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets.

NOTICE THROUGH WHICH THE INITIATION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE

PROCEDURE TO ISSUE THE DECLARATION OF SUBJECT TO THE REGIME OF PUBLIC

DOMAIN OF THE FEDERATION, REGARDING THE FEDERAL REAL ESTATE INDICATED, BY

FALLING UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCE ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE 29, SECTION IV IN

RELATION TO ARTICLES 6, SECTION V, AND THE FOURTH TRANSITORY PROVISION OF THE GENERAL LAW OF

NATIONAL ASSETS. (R.F.I. 15-5446-5)

TO THE OWNERS AND/OR POSSESSORS OF THE PLOTS ADJACENT TO THE FEDERAL

REAL ESTATE INDICATED.

PRESENT

Based on what is established by Article 27, Section II (prior to the reforms of January 28, 1992), in relation to Article Seventeenth Transitory of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; Articles 2, Section I, 17, 26, 31, Sections XXIX and XXX of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; 2, Section II, 3, Section VI, 4, 6, Section V, 10, 13, 28, 29, Section IV, 32, 40, 42, Section V,

48, 78, 79, 101, Section III, and the Fourth Transitory Provision of the General Law of National Assets; 4, Section G,

Section V, 48, and 49

of the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Treasury and Public Credit, as well as

Articles 1, 3, Section X, 6, Section XXXIII, and 11, Sections I and V of the Regulations of the Institute of Administration

and Appraisal of National Assets; ARTICLE FIRST of the Delegation Agreement, issued by the President of the

Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on

March 8, 2017, it is:

That in virtue of the fact that the real estate in question is under the control and administration of the Ministry

of Treasury and Public Credit through its Decentralized Administrative Body named Institute of

Administration and Appraisal of National Assets, based on Articles 2, 4, and 32 of the Federal Law of

Administrative Procedure, as well as Article 292 of the Federal Code of Civil Procedures applied

suppletorily to the cited law, IT IS GRANTED TO THE INTERESTED PARTIES a DEADLINE of TEN DAYS

NATURAL, counted from the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation, for

themselves or through their legal representatives, to manifest what is convenient for their rights,

through a free written document addressed to the General Directorate of Administration of Federal Real Estate Patrimony,

which must be accompanied by the documentation that substantiates their statement, presenting it at the

address located at Mexico Avenue number 151, Del Carmen Neighborhood, Postal Code 04100, Coyoacán

Alcaldía, Mexico City, during hours from Monday to Friday from 9:00 hours to 17:00 hours.
