NOTICE through which the initiation of the administrative procedure to issue the Declaration of Subject to the Federal Public Domain Regime is made known, regarding the Federal real estate indicated, as it falls under the circumstances established in Article 29 Section IV in relation to Articles 6 Section V and the Fourth Transitory of the General Law of National Assets. (R.F.I. 2-201-3).

At the margin, a seal with the National Emblem, which reads: United Mexican States.- Treasury.- Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.-

NOTICE THROUGH WHICH THE INITIATION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE TO ISSUE THE DECLARATION OF SUBJECT TO THE FEDERAL PUBLIC DOMAIN REGIME IS MADE KNOWN, REGARDING THE FEDERAL REAL ESTATE INDICATED, AS IT FALLS UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE 29 SECTION IV IN RELATION TO ARTICLES 6 SECTION V AND THE FOURTH TRANSITORY OF THE GENERAL LAW OF NATIONAL ASSETS. (R.F.I. 2-201-3).

TO THE OWNERS AND/OR POSSESSORS OF THE PLOTS ADJACENT TO THE FEDERAL REAL ESTATE INDICATED.

PRESENTS

With basis in what is provided by Article 27 Section II (before the reform of January 28, 1992), in relation to Article Seventeenth Transitory of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; Articles 2 Section I, 17, 26, 31 Sections XXIX and XXX of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; 2 Section II, 3 Section VI, 4, 6 Section V, 10, 13, 28, 29 Section IV, 32, 40, 42 Section V, 48, 78, 79, 101 Section III and Fourth Transitory of the General Law of National Assets; 4 Section G, Section V, 48 and 49 of the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, as well as Articles 1, 3 Section X, 6 Section XXXIII and 11 Sections I and V of the Regulations of the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets;

ARTICLE FIRST of the Delegatory Agreement, issued by the President of the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on March 8, 2017, it:

The initiation of the procedure for the issuance of the Declaration of Subject to the Federal Public Domain Regime, regarding the Federal real estate, with the Federal Real Estate Registry, denomination, location, surface area, measurements and boundaries corresponding, indicated in the following table:

That in view of the fact that the aforementioned real estate is under the control and administration of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit through its Decentralized Administrative Body named the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets, with basis in Articles 2, 4 and 32 of the Federal Law of Administrative Procedure, as well as Article 292 of the Federal Code of Civil Procedures applied supplementarily to the aforementioned law,

GRANTS TO THE INTERESTED PARTIES a DEADLINE of TEN NATURAL DAYS, counted from the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation, for them to personally or through their legal representatives, manifest what they deem appropriate for their rights, through a free written document addressed to the General Directorate of Administration of Federal Real Estate Property, which must be accompanied by the documentation substantiating their claim, presenting it at the address located at Mexico Avenue number 151, Del Carmen Neighborhood, Postal Code 04100, Coyoacán Borough, Mexico City, during hours from Monday to Friday from 9:00 hours to 17:00 hours.
