NOTICE Notice No.: LSED 2026/02 FINANCIAL SERVICES COMMISSION NOTICE OF PAYOUT PROGRESSIVE CO-OPERATIVE CREDIT UNION LIMITED WHEREAS, pursuant to section 25 of the Financial Services Commission Act, 2010-21 (the “FSCA”), the Financial Services Commission (the “Commission”) cancelled the registration of Progressive Co-operative Credit Union Limited (the "Credit Union"), whose registered office was situated at Grantley Adams House, 111 Roebuck Street, St. Michael, effective DECEMBER 12, 2024; AND WHEREAS, the Commission caused a publication of the Notice of Cancellation of Registration to be issued in the Nation newspaper and the Official Gazette on December 1, 2024. AND WHEREAS, the Credit Union was given a reasonable opportunity to show cause why its registration should not be cancelled. AND WHEREAS, to this date, no objection has been raised to the cancellation of the Credit Union's registration. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all members and/or their personal representatives, and other interested persons (the “Interested Parties”) of Progressive Co-operative Credit Union Limited that the Credit Union has been placed into liquidation in accordance with section 152(d) of the Co￾operative Societies Act, Cap. 378A. The liquidation process is being undertaken to ensure the orderly settlement of the Credit Union’s affairs and the fair distribution of available funds to its members. As part of the liquidation process, the Commission has assumed responsibility for distributing the assets of the Credit Union. Interested Parties are requested to contact the Commission using the following details on or before March 31, 2026, to schedule an appointment for the processing and disbursement of the members’ funds, as in-person visits are not required:
