NOTICE OF PUBLIC OFFERING OF DIGITAL ASSETS PARK CITY ZA, S.A. de C.V. , in its capacity as an issuer of digital assets under registration number EAD - 0025, hereby informs the general public that on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, starting at 9:00 a.m., it will launch the Public Offering of its entry token “ BAES - EPARKZ ”, registered under number AD -00031. The issuance consists of a total of 8,000,000 tokens. The underlying asset of this digital asset shall be the net cash flows generated from the commercialization of the real estate units distributed across approximately eight towers of the Park City Zarago za Project. These cash flows correspond to the proceeds obtained from the sale of the 1,056 real estate units, after deducting operating costs, administrative expenses, and any other senior financial obligations of the project.
