The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets initiates administrative proceedings to declare the property located at Barcelona Street corner Belgium Street in Santa Rosa, Chihuahua, subject to the Federal Public Domain Regime under Article 29, Section IV of the General Law of National Assets. Owners and/or possessors of adjacent properties are granted a ten-day natural period, starting the day after publication in the Official Gazette, to submit written claims and supporting documentation to the General Directorate of Federal Real Estate Patrimony Administration.

NOTIFICATION through which the start of the administrative procedure to issue the Declaration of Submission to the Regime of Federal Public Domain is made known, regarding the Federal real estate indicated, as it falls under the circumstance established in Article 29, Section IV in relation to Articles 6, Section V, and the Fourth Transitory of the General Law of National Assets.
