NOTIFICATION through which the start of the administrative procedure to issue the Declaration of Submission to the Regime of Federal Public Domain is made known, regarding the Federal real estate indicated, as it falls under the circumstance established in Article 29, Section IV in relation to Articles 6, Section V, and the Fourth Transitory of the General Law of National Assets. (R.F.I. 8-8092-0).

At the margin, a seal with the National Coat of Arms, which reads: United Mexican States.- Treasury.- Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.

Based on Articles 2, 4, and 32 of the Federal Administrative Procedure Law, as well as Article 292 of the Federal Code of Civil Procedures applied supplementarily to the cited law, INTERESTED PARTIES are GRANTED A DEADLINE of TEN NATURAL DAYS,

counted from the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation, for themselves or through their legal representatives, to manifest what is convenient for their rights, through a free written document addressed to the General Directorate of Federal Real Estate Patrimony Administration, which must be accompanied by the documentation that substantiates their statement, presenting it at the address located at Mexico Avenue number 151, Del Carmen Neighborhood, Postal Code 04100, Coyoacán Alcaldía,

Mexico City, during hours from Monday to Friday from 9:00 hours to 17:00 hours.
