Notice of the Start of Administrative Proceedings to Declare Federal Property Subject to the Federal Public Domain Regime

The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets initiates administrative proceedings to declare the Christian Auditorium of Culiacán property subject to the Federal Public Domain Regime under Article 29 Section IV of the General Law of National Assets. Owners and/or possessors of adjacent properties are granted a ten-day natural period, starting the day after publication in the Official Gazette, to submit written claims and supporting documentation to the General Directorate of Federal Real Estate Heritage Administration in Mexico City.

NOTICE through which the start of the administrative procedure to issue the Declaration of Submission to the Federal Public Domain Regime is made known, regarding the Federal property indicated, as it falls under the circumstances established in Article 29 Section IV in relation to Articles 6 Section V and the Fourth Transitory Provision of the General Law of National Assets. (R.F.I. 25-10845-2).

To the owners and/or possessors of the plots adjacent to the Federal property indicated.

PRESENT

Based on what is provided by Article 27 Section II (prior to the reforms of January 28, 1992), in relation to Article Seventeenth Transitory of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; Articles 2 Section I, 17, 26, 31 Sections XXIX and XXX of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; 2 Section II, 3 Section VI, 4, 6 Section V, 10, 13, 28, 29, Section IV, 32, 40, 42 Section V, 48, 78, 79, 101 Section III and Fourth Transitory of the General Law of National Assets; 4 Section G, Section V, 48 and 49 of the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, as well as Articles 1, 3 Section X, 6 Section XXXIII and 11 Sections I and V of the Regulations of the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets; ARTICLE FIRST of the Delegation Agreement, issued by the President of the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on March 8, 2017, it:

That in virtue of the fact that the property in question is under the control and administration of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit through its Decentralized Administrative Body named the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets, based on Articles 2, 4 and 32 of the Federal Law of Administrative Procedure, as well as Article 292 of the Federal Code of Civil Procedures applied supplementarily to the cited law,

GRANTS TO THE INTERESTED PARTIES a DEADLINE of TEN NATURAL DAYS, counted from the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation, for them to manifest, by themselves or through their legal representatives, what is convenient for their rights, through a free written document addressed to the General Directorate of Administration of the Federal Real Estate Heritage, which must be accompanied by the documentation substantiating their statement, presenting it at the address located at Mexico Avenue number 151, Del Carmen Neighborhood, Postal Code 04100, Coyoacán Alcaldía, Mexico City, during hours from Monday to Friday from 9:00 hours to 17:00 hours.
