The National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) has initiated the drafting of a decision to amend the Green Card insurance certificate form to align with the updated model approved by the Council of Bureaus. Interested parties are invited to submit proposals and suggestions regarding the revision of information on the reverse side of the certificate by June 29, 2026. The National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) announces the initiation of the process for drafting the Decision regarding the amendment of the "Green Card" form, which is found in Annex No. 11 to CNPF Decision No. 24/1/2024 on the approval of the form and content of certain standardized forms related to mandatory civil liability insurance for damages caused by vehicles and the instructions for completing them, pursuant to Art. 8 para. (11) of Law No. 106/2022 on mandatory civil liability insurance for damages caused by vehicles.
The initiation of the draft is determined by the need to bring the content of the "Green Card" insurance certificate into conformity with the updated model approved by the Council of Bureaus, which provides for the update of information inscribed on the reverse side of the certificate.
In order to streamline the process of drafting the aforementioned project, interested parties are invited to submit proposals and suggestions by June 29, 2026, to the postal address: 77 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., MD-2012, Chisinau or to the email address: office@cnpf.md.
