The National Banking and Securities Commission revokes the authorization of Credinor Union de Credito, S.A. de C.V. to operate as a credit union, citing established grounds for revocation under the Credit Unions Law. SUBJECT: REVOCATION OF AUTHORIZATION TO CONTINUE OPERATING AS A
CREDIT UNION.

This National Banking and Securities Commission, based on the provisions of articles 97
paragraphs II and XIV and 99 of the Credit Unions Law (hereinafter LUC), 2 first paragraph; 4, paragraphs I,
XI and XXXVIII, 5, 12 paragraphs V and XV and 16, paragraphs VI and XVII of the National Banking and Securities
Commission Law (hereinafter LCNBV), in its capacity as a Decentralized Body of the Ministry of Treasury
and
Public Credit, has the objective of supervising and regulating, within its competence, the entities
that are part of the Mexican financial system, in order to ensure their stability and proper functioning, as well
as to maintain and foster the sound and balanced development of said system as a whole, in protection of
the interests of the public, authorize the establishment and operation of those entities that the laws indicate, and,
if applicable, agree to the revocation of said authorizations.
In order to comply with said legal provisions, this resolution of
revocation of the authorization to continue operating as a Credit Union is issued, which at the time was
granted to the company known as CREDINOR UNION DE CREDITO, S.A. DE C.V. , (hereinafter Credinor,
Union de Credito, Entity or Company, interchangeably), in accordance with the following:

CONSIDERATIONS
FIRST. COMPETENCE. Based on the provisions of articles 97 first paragraph,
paragraphs II and XIV of the Credit Unions Law, 2, 4, paragraphs I, XI, and XXXVIII, 12 paragraphs V and XV, 16,
paragraphs VI and XVII, of the LCNBV, in accordance with the referenced regulations, the National Banking
and Securities Commission, as a Decentralized Body of the Ministry of Treasury and Public Credit, is
authorized to authorize the establishment and operation of credit unions and, if applicable, to
agree to the revocation of said authorizations.

Thus, from the complete interpretation of the above, it can be estimated that, in the present procedure, the
grounds for revocation contained in article 97 paragraphs II and XIV of the LUC, are duly
established, so it is appropriate to REVOKE the authorization of CREDINOR UNION DE CREDITO,
S.A. DE C.V., to operate as a Credit Union.

RESOLVES
FIRST. This Decentralized Body, based on the provisions of article 97 paragraphs II and
XIV as well as 99 and 100 of the aforementioned Credit Unions Law and 12, paragraph V and XV, of the Law of the
National Banking and Securities Commission and in accordance with the AGREEMENT THIRD adopted by the Board of Directors of the
Commission in its ordinary session held on February 27, 2026 , and to the
considerations that were exposed in this resolution, REVOKES CREDINOR UNION DE
CREDITO, S.A. DE C.V. , the authorization for the organization and functioning to operate as a Union
of
Credit.
SECOND. From the date of notification of this resolution, CREDINOR UNION DE
CREDITO, S.A. DE C.V. , is unable to carry out operations and will enter a state of
dissolution and liquidation, in accordance with what is provided in the last paragraph of article 99 of the Law of
Credit Unions.

Thus it was provided by the President of the National Banking and Securities Commission, based on the
established in articles 16, paragraphs VI and XVII, of the Law of the National Banking and Securities Commission
and signed, in substitution for his absence, the Legal Vice President of this Commission, in accordance
with what is provided in articles 3, paragraph III, second paragraph, 4, paragraph I, section A, paragraph II, section A,
subparagraph 7), 9, 14 and 60 of the Internal Regulations of the National Banking and Securities Commission.
