The National Banking and Securities Commission revokes the authorization for Union de Credito Agricola de Corerepe, S.A. de C.V. to operate as a credit union, citing the failure to provide evidence disproving the grounds for revocation established in Article 97, fraction VIII of the Credit Unions Law. Effective upon notification, the entity is prohibited from conducting operations and must enter a state of dissolution and liquidation in accordance with Article 99 of the Credit Unions Law.

This National Banking and Securities Commission, based on the provisions of articles 97
fraction VIII, 99 and 100 of the Credit Unions Law (hereinafter LUC), 2 first paragraph; 4, fractions I, XI
and XXXVIII, 5, 12 fractions V and XV and 16, fractions VI and XVII of the Law of the National Banking and
Securities Commission (hereinafter LCNBV), in its capacity as a Decentralized Body of the Ministry of Treasury and
Public Credit, has the objective of supervising and regulating within the scope of its competence the entities
that are part of the Mexican financial system, in order to ensure their stability and proper functioning, as well
as to maintain and foster the healthy and balanced development of said system as a whole, in protection of
the interests of the public, authorize the constitution and operation of those entities that the laws indicate, and,
if applicable, agree to the revocation of said authorizations.
In order to comply with said legal provisions, this resolution of
revocation of the authorization to continue operating as a Credit Union is issued, which at the time was
granted to the company known as UNION DE CREDITO AGRICOLA DE COREREPE, S.A. DE C.V. ,
(hereinafter Corerepe, Credit Union, Entity or Company, interchangeably), in accordance with the following:

CONSIDERATIONS
FIRST. COMPETENCE. Based on the provisions of articles 97 first paragraph, fraction
VIII of the Credit Unions Law, 2, 4, fractions I, XI, and XXXVIII, 12 fractions V and XV, 16, fractions VI and
XVII, of the LCNBV, in accordance with the referenced regulations, the National Banking and Securities Commission,
as a Decentralized Body of the Ministry of Treasury and Public Credit, is empowered to
authorize the constitution and operation of credit unions and, if applicable, to agree to the revocation of said
authorizations.

Therefore, it is appropriate to conclude that, in accordance with the information available to this
Commission, concatenated with the fact that this Credit Union did not provide elements to disprove the
grounds for revocation for which it was summoned, and much less offered evidence of conviction by which
to discredit said circumstance, which leads this Commission to the conviction that the
grounds for revocation for which UNION DE CREDITO AGRICOLA DE COREREPE, S.A. DE
V. was summoned, established in article 97 fraction VIII of the Credit Unions Law.

RESOLVES
FIRST. This Decentralized Body, based on the provisions of article 97 fraction VIII
as well as 99 and 100 of the aforementioned Credit Unions Law and 12, fraction V and XV, of the Law of the National
Banking and Securities Commission and in accordance with the FOURTH Agreement adopted by the Board of
Directors of said Commission in its ordinary session held on February 12, 2025 , and to the
considerations that were exposed in this resolution, REVOKES UNION DE CREDITO
AGRICOLA DE COREREPE, S.A. DE C.V. , the authorization for organization and operation to operate
as a Credit Union.
SECOND. From the date of notification of this resolution, UNION DE CREDITO
AGRICOLA DE COREREPE, S.A. DE C.V. , is unable to carry out operations and will be
placed in a state of dissolution and liquidation, in accordance with what is provided in the last paragraph of article 99 of the
Credit Unions Law.

This was decided by the President of the National Banking and Securities Commission, based on the
provisions established in articles 16, fractions VI and XVII, of the Law of the National Banking and
Securities Commission and signed, in substitution for his absence, the Legal Vice President of this Commission, in accordance
with what is provided in articles 3, fraction III, second paragraph, 4, fraction I, section A, fraction II, section A,
subparagraph 7), 9, 14 and 60 of the Internal Regulations of the National Banking and Securities Commission.
