(hereinafter LCNBV),

in its

capacity as

a Decentralized Body

of the

Ministry of

Treasury and

Public Credit,

has as its

objective to supervise and

regulate in the

scope of its

competence the

entities that are

part of the

Mexican financial

system, in order to ensure their

stability and

correct functioning,

as well as to

maintain and

promote the

healthy and

balanced development

of said system

as a whole, in

protection of the

interests of the

public, to authorize

the constitution

and operation of

those entities that

are indicated by

the laws and, in

its case, to agree

on the revocation

of said

authorizations.

With the objective

of complying with

said legal

provisions, the

present resolution

of revocation of

the authorization

to continue

operating as a

Credit Union is

issued, which at

its time was

granted to the

company named

indistinctly),

in accordance

with the

following:

FIRST.

COMPETENCE.

Based on the

provisions

of articles

97 first

paragraph,

paragraphs

II and

XIV of the

Credit Unions

Law, 2, 4,

paragraphs

I, XI,

and XXXVIII,

12 paragraphs

V and XV,

16,

paragraphs

VI and

XVII, of

the LCNBV,

in accordance

with the

referenced

regulation,

the National

Banking and

Securities

Commission,

as a Decentralized

Body of the

Ministry of

Treasury and

Public Credit,

is authorized

to authorize

the constitution

and operation

of credit unions

and, in its

case, to agree

on the revocation

of said

authorizations.

Therefore, it

is reasonable

to conclude

that, in

accordance with

the information

available to

this Commission,

concatenated

with the fact

that said

Credit Union

did not provide

elements to

disprove the

grounds for

revocation for

which it was

summoned, and

even less

provided an

element of

conviction by

which it would

discredit said

circumstance,

which leads

this Commission

to the conviction

that the

grounds for

revocation for

which UNION

OF INDUSTRIAL

AND AGRICULTURAL

CREDIT OF

TABASCO,

S.A. DE C.V.

was summoned

have been

actualized,

established in

article 97

paragraphs II

and XIV of

the Credit

Unions Law.

FIRST.

This Decentralized

Body, based

on the provisions

of article 97

paragraphs II

and XIV as

well as 99

and 100 of

the aforementioned

Credit Unions

Law and 12,

paragraph V

and XV, of

the Law of

the National

Banking and

Securities

Commission and

in accordance

with the

Agreement

THIRD adopted

by the Board

of Directors

of said Commission

in its ordinary

session held

on February 12,

2025 , and

to the considerations

that were

exposed in

the present

resolution,

REVOKES

UNION OF

INDUSTRIAL

AND AGRICULTURAL

CREDIT OF

TABASCO,

S.A. DE C.V. ,

the authorization

for the

organization

and functioning

to operate as

a Credit Union.

SECOND.

From the date

of notification

of the present

resolution,

UNION OF

INDUSTRIAL

AND AGRICULTURAL

CREDIT OF

TABASCO,

S.A. DE C.V. ,

is unable to

carry out

operations and

will be placed

in a state of

dissolution and

liquidation,

in accordance

with the

provisions of

the last

paragraph of

article 99

of the Credit

Unions Law.
