Notice SFA 02-N01 Listing, De-Listing or Trading of Relevant Products on an Organised Market
The Monetary Authority of Singapore issued Notice SFA 02-N01 to establish the regulatory framework for markets and exchanges regarding the listing, de-listing, or trading of relevant products. This notice defines the relevant scope and mandates ongoing compliance and notification requirements for approved exchanges or recognized market operators incorporated in Singapore. The current version incorporates amendments effective from July 28, 2023, following previous iterations enacted in 2018 and 2019.
