Notice to Financial Services Licence Holders – Amendments to the Prevention of Money Laundering and Funding of Terrorism Regulations
The Prevention of Money Laundering and Funding of Terrorism Regulations (PMLFTR), Subsidiary Legislation 373.01, were amended by Legal Notice 464 of 2014 dated 16 December 2014. Financial services licence holders are required to ensure they are fully aware of these amendments and to review their policies and procedures as necessary.
Notice to Financial Services Licence Holders Amendments to the Prevention of Money Laundering and Funding of Terrorism Regulations The MFSA would like to bring to the attention of licence holders that the Prevention of Money Laundering and Funding of Terrorism Regulations (PMLFTR), Subsidiary Legislation 373.01, have been amended by virtue of Legal Notice 464 of 2014 dated 16 December 2014. Licence holders should ensure that they are fully aware of these amendments and should review their policies and procedures as may be necessary.
