The document modifies Article Two of the authorization granted to La Peninsular, Seguros, S.A., to remove the health branch from its accident and sickness insurance operations. The authorized insurance lines are restricted to life insurance, personal accident and medical expense coverage, property damage (civil liability and professional risks), marine and transport, fire, automobile, credit (reinsurance only), miscellaneous, and earthquake and other catastrophic risks. This change aligns with the company's statutory reform to suppress the health branch from its operations.
