OFFICIAL LETTER modifying the terms of the authorization to organize and operate for Kuhnipay, S.A. de C.V., Electronic Payment Fund Institution.

SUBJECT: THE TERMS OF THE AUTHORIZATION TO ORGANIZE AND OPERATE OF THAT ELECTRONIC PAYMENT FUND INSTITUTION ARE MODIFIED.

Pursuant to the "Agreement establishing administrative measures for the continuity of the activities of the National Banking and Securities Commission in the attention of matters processed before it, during the health contingency caused by COVID-19", published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF) on July 15, 2020, and on account of the reform to article one of the bylaws of Quantum Pay, S.A. de C.V., Electronic Payment Fund Institution (currently Kuhnipay, S.A. de C.V., Electronic Payment Fund Institution), agreed upon on November 29, 2024, through resolutions adopted outside of a meeting, by unanimous vote of the shareholders of that entity; this National Banking and Securities Commission (Commission), based on articles 11 and 12 of the Law to Regulate Financial Technology Institutions, modifies the FIRST BASE of the authorization granted to that electronic payment fund institution through Official Letter No. 311-95934/2023 dated July 10, 2023, published in the DOF on July 17, 2023, to read as follows:

The name of the society shall be Kuhnipay, S.A. de C.V., Electronic Payment Fund Institution.

This official letter is issued based on the legal provisions previously cited, as well as in the exercise of the powers conferred upon this Commission by articles 142 and 145, fraction IV of the LRITF; 1, 3, fraction V, 4, fractions I, section B and II, section B, numerals 22) and 32), 14, 35, fractions I, subsection b), III and last paragraph, 45, fraction I, and 64, first paragraph, of the Internal Regulations of the National Banking and Securities Commission, published in the DOF on February 28, 2022.
