OFFICIAL LETTER modifying the terms of the authorization for the organization and functioning of Trafalgar SFP, S.A. de C.V., Sociedad Financiera Popular.

At the margin, a seal with the National Coat of Arms, which reads: United Mexican States.- Treasury.- Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.- National Banking and Securities Commission.- Vice Presidency of Regulation.- General Directorate of Special Authorizations.- Vice Presidency of Supervision of Development Banking and Popular Finance.- General Directorate of Supervision of Popular Financial Companies B.- Official Letter No. 311-58898/2024.

The terms of the authorization for the organization and functioning of said society are modified.

Based on Article 9, second-to-last paragraph of the Popular Savings and Credit Law (LACP) and due to the reform to Article First of the corporate bylaws of Financiera Haai Capital, S.A. de C.V., Popular Financial Company

(currently Trafalgar SFP, S.A. de C.V., Popular Financial Company),

approved by this National Banking and Securities Commission (Commission), through Official Letter 311-58513/2024

of October 16, 2024, the bases of the authorization granted to said popular financial company to organize and function through Official Letter P223/2023 dated July 11, 2023, are modified, to remain in the following terms:

" FIRST.

The denomination of the society is Trafalgar SFP, which shall be used followed by the words

Variable Capital Anonymous Society, Popular Financial Company or its abbreviation

S.A. de C.V., S.F.P.

... ".

This official letter is issued based on the legal provisions previously invoked, as well as in

exercise of the powers conferred upon this Commission by articles 146, fraction IV, 155 and 158, fraction IV

of the LACP; 1, 2, 3, fraction IV, 4, fractions I and XXXVIII, 5, 10, fraction V and 19 of the Law of the

National Banking and Securities Commission; 1, 3, fraction V, 4, fractions I, section B. and II, section B., subsections 9) and 32),

23, fractions I, subsection c), III and last paragraph, 45, fraction I and 64 of the Internal Regulations of the

National Banking and Securities Commission published in the Official Gazette of the Federation

on February 28, 2022.
