OFFICIAL LETTER modifying Base II of Article Three of the authorization granted to Seguros Multiva, S.A., Grupo Financiero Multiva, due to the increase in its share capital.

AUTHORIZATIONS TO INSURANCE INSTITUTIONS.- The authorization granted to this institution is modified due to the increase in its share capital.

SEGUROS MULTIVA, S.A., GRUPO FINANCIERO MULTIVA

In view that by official letter 366-II-754/10 of this same date, approval was granted for the reform agreed upon to Article Six of its bylaws, in order to increase its share capital from $190,500,000.00 to $230,500,000.00, as contained in the testimony of Deed No. 31,408 executed on May 25 of last year, before the notary public Lic. Arturo Talavera Autrique, Public Notary No. 122, practicing in the Federal District,

this Ministry, based on Articles 31, fractions VIII and XXV of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration, Article 5 of the General Law of Insurance and Mutual Society Institutions, and Article 32, fraction VIII, of the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit,

has resolved to issue the following:

AGREEMENT

Base II of Article THREE is modified, of the authorization granted by official letter 366-IV-4100 of December 11, 1995, modified by various letters 366-IV-5260 of October 14, 1996, 366-IV-4360 and 366-IV-6014 of July 10 and October 6, 1997, respectively, 366-IV-159 of May 11, 1999, 366-IV-1755 of April 3, 2002, 366-IV-2653/06 of November 29, 2006, 366-079/08 of April 23, 2008, 366-173/08 of September 26, 2008, 366-174/08 of September 29, 2008, and 366-025/10 of March 2, 2010, to Seguros Multiva, S.A., Grupo Financiero Multiva, to function as an insurance institution, in order to carry out life, accident, and illness insurance operations, in the lines of personal accident and medical expenses, property damage, in the lines of civil liability and professional risks, marine and transport, fire, automobiles, credit exclusively in reinsurance, miscellaneous, as well as earthquake and other catastrophic risks, to remain in the following form:
