Official Letter Modifying Base II of Article Three of the Authorization Granted to Seguros Multiva, S.A., Grupo Financiero Multiva, Due to Capital Increase

OFFICIAL LETTER by which base II of article three of the authorization granted to Seguros Multiva, S.A., Grupo Financiero Multiva, is modified, due to the increase in its social capital.

On the margin a seal with the National Shield, which reads: United Mexican States.- Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit.- Undersecretariat of Finance and Public Credit.- Unit of Insurance, Pensions and Social Security.- 366-002/12.- 731.1/33079.

AUTHORIZATIONS TO INSURANCE INSTITUTIONS .- The one granted to that institution is modified due to an increase in its social capital.

SEGUROS MULTIVA, S.A., GRUPO FINANCIERO MULTIVA. Blvd. Manuel Ávila Camacho No. 170, Floors 6 and 7. Col. Reforma Social, C.P. 11650 City.

Given that by official letter 366-11-152/12 of this same date, the reform agreed to article six of its social statutes was approved, with the purpose of increasing its social capital from $291,500,000.00 to $331,700,000.00, which is contained in the testimony of public deed No. 53,440 granted on November 18, 2011, before the faith of Lic. Erick Namur Campesino, Public Notary No. 94, with exercise in the Federal District, this Secretariat, based on articles 31, sections VIII and XXV of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration, 5th of the General Law of Insurance Institutions and Mutual Societies and 32, section VIII, of the Internal Regulations of the Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit, has resolved to issue the following:

AGREEMENT

Base II of article THREE of the authorization granted by official letter 366-IV-4100 of December 11, 1995, modified by various letters 366-IV-5260 of October 4, 1996, 366-IV-4360 and 366-IV-6014 of July 10 and October 6, 1997, respectively, 366-IV-159 of May 11, 1999, 366-IV-1755 of April 3, 2002, 366-IV-2653/06 of November 29, 2006, 366-079/08 of April 23, 2008, 366-173/08 of September 26, 2008, 366-174/08 of September 29, 2008, 366-025/10 of March 2, 2010, 366-121/10 of August 2, 2010, 366-214/10 of December 20, 2010, 366-215/10 of December 21, 2010 and 366-114/11 of September 15, 2011, to Seguros Multiva, S.A., Grupo Financiero Multiva, to operate as an insurance institution, in order to practice life, accident and illness insurance operations, in the branches of personal accidents and medical expenses, of damages, in the branches of civil liability and professional risks, marine and transport, fire, automobiles, credit exclusively in reinsurance, various, as well as earthquake and other catastrophic risks, to read as follows:

"ARTICLE THREE.- ........................................................................................................ II.- The social capital will be three hundred thirty-one million seven hundred thousand pesos National Currency. ........................................................................................................................................
