The terms of the operating authorization for that credit union are modified.

UNION DE CREDITO ESTATAL DE PRODUCTORES OF COFFEE OF OAXACA, S.A. DE C.V.

SABINOS NO. 406, COL. REFORMA, C.P. 68050, OAXACA DE JUAREZ, OAXACA.

Based on Article 14, fourth paragraph of the Credit Unions Law and due to the reform of clause sixth of the bylaws of that credit union, in order to reflect the way in which its authorized share capital will be represented due to the increase in its share capital to remain at the amount of $65,000,000.00, agreed upon in the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on March 23 of 2021, this Commission modifies point Second, fraction II of the operating authorization granted to it through official letter number 601-VI-VJ-A-0147 dated August 2, 1994, to read as follows:

II.- The authorized share capital will be $65'000,000.00 (sixty-five million pesos 00/100 M.N.), represented by 2'600,000 Series "A" ordinary shares corresponding to fixed capital without withdrawal rights and 650,000 Series "B" shares corresponding to variable capital with withdrawal rights, both with nominal value of $20.00 (twenty pesos 00/100 M.N.) each.
