We refer to the documents received on September 7, November 4 and 5, as well as

December 13, 2021, by which, in compliance with the request contained in Official Letter No.

311-

10037769/2021 dated October 13, 2021, they send to this National Banking and Securities Commission

(Commission), through the email address autespecializadas@cnbv.gob.mx, a digitized copy of the public

instrument No. 25,931 dated November 1, 2021, granted before Licenciado Luis de Guadalupe

Martínez Ramírez, Public Notary No. 82 of the State of Oaxaca and registered in the Public Registry of

Commerce under number NCI 202100270794 and folio FME 2017101202, in which the modification

to Article Seventh of the bylaws of Union de Crédito Agropecuaria, Industrial y Comercial de

Huajuapan, S.A. de C.V. was formalized, due to the increase in the social capital of said entity, to remain at

the amount of $25 ' 000,000.00 (twenty-five million pesos 00/100 M.N.), in accordance with the agreements

adopted by the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on August 30, 2021.

Therefore, and based on articles 14 and 16 of the Credit Unions Law, this Commission

deems it appropriate to modify point SECOND, fraction II of the authorization to organize and operate that was

granted to that Credit Union, through Official Letter No. 601-II-29892, which was last modified by

Official Letter No. 311-48537/2012 dated February 14, 2012, to remain in the following terms:

II. The authorized social capital will be $25'000,000.00 (twenty-five million pesos 00/100 M.N.),

represented by 230,000 Series "A" shares corresponding to fixed capital without withdrawal rights and 20,000

Series B" shares that make up variable capital with withdrawal rights, all of them with a nominal value of

$100.00 (one hundred pesos 00/100 M.N.) each.

Likewise, and based on articles 14, second-to-last paragraph, and 78, first paragraph of the

Credit Unions Law and 19 of the National Banking and Securities Commission Law, they are required to inform this authority of the date of publication of this modification official letter in the Official Gazette of the Federation, within a period of ten business days counted from the date of the aforementioned

publication, which must be processed within fifteen business days following the receipt of this

official letter.

The foregoing is communicated based on articles 1, 2, 4, fraction XXXVII, 10, fraction V, and 16,

paragraphs first, fraction XVII, and second of the National Banking and Securities Commission Law; 3, fraction

IV, 4, fractions I, subsection B, and II, subsection B., numeral 29), 12, 16, fraction IX, 17, fraction X, 20, fractions

I, subsection a), II, III, and last paragraph, 41, fractions I and III, and 58 of the Internal Regulations of the National Banking and Securities Commission.
