OFFICIAL LETTER modifying the bases of the authorization for the organization and operation of Banco Forjadores, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution.

Through official letters 312-2/2511546/2022 and 312-2/94197/2023 dated July 28, 2022 and July 27, 2023 respectively, this Commission approved Banco Forjadores, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution (Banco Forjadores) the reforms to article seven of the corporate bylaws of that entity, due to

two increases in its social capital for the amounts of $125,000,000.00 and $241,331,800.00, respectively, to reach a total of $897,647,950.00.

With writings presented on October 31, 2022 and September 4, 2023, through the email

VPSupervisionGIFA@cnbv.gob.mx and in compliance with the requirements contained in the

official letters referred to in the previous paragraph, Banco Forjadores sent to this Commission a certified copy of the documentation indicated below, in which the statutory modifications in question were formalized:

Public Deed 15,481 dated August 9, 2022, granted before the notary public Lic. José

Manuel Gómez del Campo Gurza, public notary number 149 of the State of Mexico and registered in the

Public Registry of Property and Commerce of this Mexico City (RPPyC) on September 27,

2022, under electronic commercial folio number 336038.

Public Deed 35,771 dated August 14, 2023, granted before the notary public Lic. Rosa

María Ávila Fernández, public notary number 85 of Mexico City, acting as associate

in the protocol of notary office 115 of Mexico City, and registered in the RPPyC on August 23,

2023, under electronic commercial folio number 336038-1.

For the above, based on article 8, last paragraph of the Credit Institutions Law, this

Commission deems it appropriate to modify the Fifth Base of the "Authorization for the organization and operation of a

multiple banking institution to be called Banco Forjadores, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution and other

acts indicated" contained in official letter 100/023/2012 dated September 18, 2012, published in the

Official Gazette of the Federation on October 10 of the same year, last modified by official

letter 312-2/2511159/2022 issued on February 17, 2022 and published in the same Official Gazette on March 7 of the same year, to read as follows:

"...

FIFTH.- The social capital of Banco Forjadores, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution is

$897,647,950.00. (eight hundred ninety-seven million six hundred forty-seven thousand nine hundred

fifty pesos 00/100) national currency.

...".

Likewise, based on articles 8, last paragraph and 97 of the Credit Institutions Law and 19

of the Law of the National Banking and Securities Commission, that entity is required to inform this

authority of the date of the publications made in the Official Gazette of the Federation and in two newspapers of

wide circulation at its social domicile, of this modification official letter, within a period of fifteen

business days counted from the date of the aforementioned publications, which must be processed within the

fifteen business days following the date of receipt of this official letter.

This official letter is issued based on articles 16, penultimate paragraph of the Law of the

National Banking and Securities Commission; 14, 19, fraction X, 21, fractions I, subsection c), II and III and last paragraph,

44, fractions I and IV and 64, first paragraph of the Internal Regulations of the National Banking and Securities

Commission.
