OFFICIAL LETTER modifying the bases of the authorization for the establishment in Mexico of the representation office of KfW IPEX-BANK GmbH, Representation Office in Mexico.

At the margin, a seal with the National Coat of Arms, which reads: United Mexican States.- Treasury.- Ministry of

SUBJECT: THE BASES OF THE AUTHORIZATION FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT IN

MEXICO OF THE REPRESENTATION OFFICE IN QUESTION ARE MODIFIED.

By official letter 312-3/9306/2025 of this same date, this Commission authorized Mr. Lukas Alexander

Walter Wicke as the representative in charge of KfW IPEX-BANK GmbH, Representation Office in

Mexico, effective from that same date.

Therefore, and based on the second paragraph of the Fourth of the Rules for representation offices of

foreign financial entities (the Rules), published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on December 31, 2014, this Commission deems it appropriate to modify BASE First, fraction III of

the authorization for its establishment in national territory as a Representation Office, contained in

official letter 131/110430/2014 issued by this Commission on September 29, 2014, published in the Official Gazette

on October 13, 2014, to read as follows:

III. Its representative shall be Mr. Lukas Alexander Walter Wicke.

... "

Likewise, and based on the second paragraph of the Fourth of the Rules, in relation to

articles 97 of the Credit Institutions Law and 19 of the National Banking and Securities Commission Law, you are required to inform this authority of the publication date carried out in the

Official Gazette of the Federation of this modification official letter, within a period of ten business days counted from

the next business day following the date on which the aforementioned publication takes effect. This is understood

that said publication must be processed within fifteen business days following the date of

receipt of this official letter.

This official letter is issued based on articles 16, penultimate paragraph of the Law of the

National Banking and Securities Commission; and 14, 20, fraction V, 21, fractions I, subsection f), II and III and last

paragraph, 44, fractions I and IV and 64 of the Internal Regulations of the National Banking and Securities Commission.
