The authorization for the organization and operation of that society is modified.

With the basis in article 9, second-to-last paragraph of the Popular Savings and Credit Law and derived from the reform to articles 1 and 2 of the bylaws of Akala, S.A. de C.V., S.F.P. (currently, NU MEXICO FINANCIERA, S.A. DE C.V., S.F.P.) approved by this National Banking and Securities Commission through Official Letter No. 311-10037363/2021 and 123-10030639/2021 dated September 24, 2021, the terms of the authorization granted to that popular financial society through Official Letter No. 311-871186/2007 and 134-870808/2007 dated July 17, 2007 are modified, to remain in the following terms:

" First .- The name of the society is NU MEXICO FINANCIERA, which will be used followed by the words Sociedad Anónima de Capital Variable, Sociedad Financiera Popular or its abbreviation S.A. de C.V., S.F.P.

Second .- Its duration will be indefinite.

Third .- Its social object will include carrying out all operations specified in article 36, fraction I of the Popular Savings and Credit Law.

Fourth .- Its social domicile will be located in Mexico City.

Fifth .- The society will have an operational level I.

Sixth .- The authorization referred to in this official letter is, by its very nature, intransmissible.

Seventh. - The society will be subject to the supervision of the National Banking and Securities Commission, as well as to auxiliary supervision by a Federation authorized to exercise auxiliary supervision of the popular financial society.

Eighth .- The operations that the society enters into by virtue of this authorization, as well as other operations it carries out, as well as its organization and general operation, will be subject, in what is not expressly stated in this official letter, to the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, to international treaties or agreements of which the Mexican State is a party, to the Popular Savings and Credit Law, to the General Law of Commercial Societies, to the rules and general provisions of character applicable to popular financial societies issued by the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit and the National Banking and Securities Commission, to the provisions issued by the Bank of Mexico regarding its operations, and to other current and future norms and provisions issued by any competent authority, including those related to operations with resources of illicit origin and financing of terrorism, which by their nature are applicable to it. "

This official letter is issued with the basis in the legal provisions previously invoked, as well as in the exercise of the powers conferred in articles 41, fraction I, and 58 of the Internal Regulations of the National Banking and Securities Commission.
