OFFICIAL LETTER modifying Base II of Article Three of the authorization granted to Seguros Multiva, S

AUTHORIZATIONS TO INSURANCE INSTITUTIONS.- The authorization granted to that institution is modified due to an increase in its social capital.

SEGUROS MULTIVA, S.A., GRUPO FINANCIERO MULTIVA.

In view that by official letter 366-II-1385/08 of this same date, approval was granted for the reform agreed upon to Article Six of its bylaws, in order to increase its social capital from $65,500,000.00 to $155,500,000.00, which is contained in the testimony of Deed No. 25,841 executed on August 6 of last year, before the notary public Lic. Arturo Talavera Autrique, Public Notary No. 122, with practice in the Federal District, this Ministry, based on Articles 31, fractions VIII and XXV of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration, Article 5 of the General Law of Insurance and Mutual Societies, and Article 32, fraction VIII of the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, has resolved to issue the following:

AGREEMENT:

Base II of Article THREE of the authorization granted by official letter 366-IV-4100 of December 11, 1995, modified by various letters 366-IV-5260 of October 4, 1996, 366-IV-4360 and 366-IV-6014 of July 10 and October 6, 1997, respectively, 366-IV-159 of May 11, 1999, 366-IV-1755 of April 3, 2002, 366-IV-2653/06 of November 29, 2006, 366-079/08 of April 23, 2008, and 366-173/08 of September 26, 2008, to Seguros Multiva, S.A., Grupo Financiero Multiva, to function as an insurance institution, in order to carry out life, accident and illness insurance operations in the lines of personal accidents and medical expenses, property damage in the lines of civil liability and professional risks, maritime and transport, fire, automobiles, credit exclusively in reinsurance, miscellaneous, as well as earthquake and other catastrophic risks, is modified, to remain in the following form:

"ARTICLE THREE.-

II.- The social capital shall be the amount of one hundred fifty-five million five hundred thousand pesos National Currency.
