OFFICIAL LETTER modifying the base II of article three of the authorization granted to Seguros Multiva, S

AUTHORIZATIONS TO INSURANCE

INSTITUTIONS.- The modification is made to the

authorization granted to that institution for

increase of its social capital.

SEGUROS MULTIVA, S.A.,

GRUPO FINANCIERO MULTIVA.

In virtue of the fact that through official letter 366-II-673/12 of June 15, 2012, the reform

agreed upon

to article six of their bylaws was approved, with the aim of increasing their social capital from $ 385 ' 500,000.00 to

$412 ' 500,000.00, which is contained in the testimony of deed No. 55,128 granted on May 9,

2012, before the

notary of Lic. Erik Namur Campesino, Public Notary No. 94, with practice

in the Federal District,

this Ministry, based on articles 31, fractions VIII and XXV of the

Organic Law of the

Federal Public Administration, 5th of the General Law of Insurance and Mutual Societies and

32, fraction VIII, of the Internal Regulation of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, has resolved to issue the

following:

AGREEMENT

The base II of article THIRD of the authorization granted through official letter 366-IV-4100 of

December 11, 1995, modified with the various 366- IV- 5260 of October 4, 1996, 366- IV-4360

and

366- IV-6014 of July 10 and October 6, 1997, respectively, 366-IV-159 of May 11, 1999,

366-IV-1755 of April 3, 2002, 366-IV-2653/06 of November 29, 2006, 366-079/08 of April 23,

2008, 366-173/08 of September 26, 2008, 366-174/08 of September 29, 2008, 366-025/10 of

March 2, 2010, 366-121/10 of August 2, 2010, 366-214/10 of December 20, 2010,

366-215/10 of December 21, 2010, 366-114/11 of September 15, 2011, 366-002/12 of January 6,

2012 and

366-072/12 of June 15, 2012, to Seguros Multiva, S.A., Grupo Financiero Multiva, is modified, so that

it functions as an insurance institution, in order to carry out life, accident and

disease insurance operations, in the lines of personal accident and medical expenses, damage, in the lines of civil liability and professional risks, maritime and transports, fire, automobiles, credit

exclusively in reinsurance, various, as well as earthquake and other catastrophic risks, to remain in the

following form:

"ARTICLE THIRD.-

II.- The social capital shall be four hundred twelve million five hundred thousand pesos National Currency.
