The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit modifies Base II of Article Three of the authorization granted to Seguros Multiva, S.A., Grupo Financiero Multiva, to reflect an increase in its social capital from $230,500,000.00 to $260,500,000.00 Mexican National Currency. This adjustment is based on the approval of statutory reforms recorded in Public Deed No. 33,103 executed on December 3, 2010. The entity is authorized to continue operating as an insurance institution covering life, accident, health, property, automobile, credit, and catastrophic risks.

AUTHORIZATIONS TO INSURANCE INSTITUTIONS.- The authorization granted to that institution is modified due to the increase in its social capital.

In view of the fact that through official letter 366-II-1727/10 of this same date, approval was granted for the reform agreed upon in Article Six of its bylaws, in order to increase its social capital from $230,500,000.00 to $260,500,000.00, as contained in the testimony of Deed No. 33,103 executed on December 3, 2010, before the notary public Lic. Arturo Talavera Autrique, Public Notary No. 122, with practice in the Federal District, this Ministry, based on articles 31, fractions VIII and XXV of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration, 5th of the General Law of Insurance and Mutual Societies, and 32, fraction VIII, of the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, has resolved to issue the following:
AGREEMENT
Base II of Article THREE of the authorization granted through official letter 366-IV-4100 of December 11, 1995, modified by various letters 366-IV-5260 of October 14, 1996, 366-IV-4360 and 366-IV-6014 of July 10 and October 6, 1997, respectively, 366-IV-159 of May 11, 1999, 366-IV-1755 of April 3, 2002, 366-IV-2653/06 of November 29, 2006, 366-079/08 of April 23, 2008, 366-173/08 of September 26, 2008, 366-174/08 of September 29, 2008, 366-025/10 of March 2, 2010 and 366-121/10 of August 2, 2010, to Seguros Multiva, S.A., Grupo Financiero Multiva, to function as an insurance institution, in order to carry out insurance operations for life, accidents and diseases, in the lines of personal accidents and medical expenses, of damages, in the lines of civil liability and professional risks, maritime and transports, fire, automobiles, credit exclusively in reinsurance, miscellaneous, as well as earthquake and other catastrophic risks, to remain in the following form:
