OFFICIAL LETTER modifying the terms of the authorization for the establishment in national territory of The Export-Import Bank of Korea, Representation Office in Mexico.

The terms of the authorization for the establishment in Mexico of the representation office of The Export-Import Bank of Korea are modified.

By Official Letter 312-2/42718/2024 dated September 13, 2024, this Commission authorized Mr. Se-Ho Yang as Representative in charge of The Export-Import Bank of Korea, Representation Office in Mexico.

For the above reason and based on the second paragraph of the Fourth of the Rules for representation offices of foreign financial entities, published in the Official Federal Gazette on December 31, 2014 (the Rules), this Commission deems it appropriate to modify the Third Resolutive Clause of the "Resolution granting authorization to The Export-Import Bank of Korea to establish a representation office in national territory," contained in Official Letter UBA/101/2003 dated October 21, 2003, published in the Official Federal Gazette (DOF) on November 27, 2003, to read as follows:

" ...

THIRD.- Mr. Se-Ho Yang shall be the representative in charge of the representation office in Mexico of The Export-Import Bank of Korea.

..."

This Official Letter must be published in the DOF, at the expense of the promoting entity.

Likewise, based on the second paragraph of the Fourth of the Rules, in relation to articles 97 of the Credit Institutions Law and 19 of the National Banking and Securities Commission Law, you are required to inform this authority of the date of publication carried out in the DOF of this Official Letter of modification, within a period of ten business days counted from the next business day following the date on which the aforementioned publication takes place, which must be processed within fifteen business days following the date of receipt of this Official Letter.

This Official Letter is issued based on articles 16, penultimate paragraph of the National Banking and Securities Commission Law; 14, 20, fraction V, 21, fractions I, subsection f), II and III and last paragraph, 44, fractions I and IV, 61, second paragraph and 64, first paragraph of the Internal Regulations of the National Banking and Securities Commission.
