OFFICIAL LETTER modifying the terms of the authorization for the organization and operation of Banco Multiva, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution, Multiva Financial Group.

SUBJECT: THE TERMS OF THE AUTHORIZATION FOR THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATION OF THAT ENTITY ARE MODIFIED.

We refer to Official Letter No.: 312-1/9899/2025 dated August 27, 2025, through which this Commission approved the reform to the seventh article of the bylaws of Banco Multiva, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution, Multiva Financial Group (Banco Multiva), due to the increase in its social capital by the amount of $50,000.00, to remain at the amount of $3,733,341,000.00, in terms of the unanimous resolutions adopted outside of shareholder meetings of Banco Multiva held on September 2, 2025. This is in accordance with Article 9, last paragraph of the Credit Institutions Law (LIC).

Regarding this, in compliance with the requirement contained in the aforementioned letter, Banco Multiva presented to this Commission on September 19, 2025, through the email address VPSupervisionGIFB@cnbv.gob.mx, a digitized copy of the first testimony of public deed 170,172 dated September 2, 2025, granted before the notary public Lic. Joaquín Cáceres Jiménez O'Farrill, holder of notary public number 132 of Mexico City, acting as associate and in the protocol of notary public number 21 of this City, which is held by Lic. Joaquín Huberto Cáceres y Ferráez, duly registered in the Public Registry of Commerce of this same City on September 5, 2025, under electronic commercial folio 355867, in which the aforementioned bylaw modification was formalized.

Therefore, this Commission, based on Article 8, last paragraph of the LIC, has resolved to modify point Third of the "Resolution authorizing the organization and operation of a multiple banking institution named Banco Multiva, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution, Multivalues Financial Group" [currently Banco Multiva], contained in Official Letter 101-624 issued by the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit on October 31, 2006, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on November 17, 2006, last modified by Official Letter No.: 312-2/9314/2025 dated May 15, 2025, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on May 29, 2025, to remain in the following terms:

THIRD.- The social capital of Banco Multiva, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution, Multiva Financial Group shall be the amount of $3,733,341,000.00 (three billion seven hundred thirty-three million three hundred forty-one thousand pesos 00/100, national currency).

... "

Likewise, based on Articles 8, last paragraph, 97 of the LIC and 19 of the Law of the National Banking and Securities Commission, this Commission requires Banco Multiva to inform this authority of the dates of publication of this official letter in the Official Gazette of the Federation and two widely circulated newspapers of its social domicile, within a period of ten business days counting from the date of the aforementioned publications, which must be processed within fifteen business days following the date of receipt of this official letter.

This official letter is issued based on Articles 16, penultimate paragraph of the Law of the National Banking and Securities Commission; 14, 19, fraction X, 21, fractions I, subsection c), II, III and last paragraph, 44, fractions I and IV and 64 of the Internal Regulations of the National Banking and Securities Commission.
