OFFICIAL LETTER modifying the terms of the authorization for the organization and operation of TRF Casa de Bolsa, S.A. de C.V.

SUBJECT: THE TERMS OF THE AUTHORIZATION FOR THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATION OF THAT ENTITY ARE MODIFIED.

TO: MR. JOSÉ PORFIRIO SÁNCHEZ-TALAVERA BEILES General Director

By official letter 312-2/708968/2026 dated May 4, 2026, this Commission approved the reform to the First Article of the bylaws of CI Casa de Bolsa, S.A. de C.V., in order to reflect the change of its corporate name to "TRF Casa de Bolsa, S.A. de C.V." (TRF Casa de Bolsa), in accordance with the minutes of the ordinary and extraordinary general shareholders' meeting held on June 26, 2026, which was submitted for this purpose.

Regarding this matter, in compliance with the requirement contained in the aforementioned official letter, with documents received by this Commission on July 2 and 3, 2026, through the email address VPSupervisionB@cnbv.gob.mx, TRF Casa de Bolsa presented to this authority a copy of the first testimony of public deed number 223,980 dated June 30, 2026, granted before the notary public Lic. Amando Mastachi Aguario, notary public number 121 of Mexico City, and registered in the Public Property and Commerce Registry of this same city on July 3, 2026, under commercial folio 364990, in which the statutory modification in question was formalized.

Therefore, this Commission, based on Article 114, last paragraph of the Securities Market Law, has resolved to modify the Second Base, fraction I of the "Authorization for the organization and operation of the brokerage house to be named Vanguardia Casa de Bolsa, S.A. de C.V.", currently "TRF Casa de Bolsa, S.A. de C.V.", contained in official letter 312-3/523655/2006 issued by this Commission on November 30, 2006, and published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on May 30, 2007, last modified by official letter 312-3/2511867/2022 dated November 22, 2022, and published in said Gazette on December 13, 2022, to read as follows:

"Second ...

I. Its name shall be TRF Casa de Bolsa, which shall be followed by the words Sociedad Anónima de Capital Variable or the initials S.A. de C.V.

..."

Likewise, based on Articles 114, last paragraph, 350, and 360 of the Securities Market Law and 19 of the National Banking and Securities Commission Law, TRF Casa de Bolsa is required to inform this authority of the date of publication of the text of this official letter in the Official Gazette of the Federation and in two widely circulated newspapers at its social address, within a period of ten business days counted from the date of said publications. This is understood to mean that said publications must be processed within fifteen business days following the date of receipt of this official letter.

This official letter is issued based on Articles 16, penultimate paragraph of the National Banking and Securities Commission Law; 14, 19, fraction X, 26, fractions I, subsection g), II and III, and last paragraph, 44, fractions I and IV, and 64 of the Internal Regulations of the National Banking and Securities Commission.
