OFFICIAL LETTER modifying the terms of the authorization to operate as a credit union granted to Union de Credito de Uruapan, S.A. de C.V.

At the margin, a seal with the National Coat of Arms, which reads: United Mexican States.- FINANCE.- Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.- National Banking and Securities Commission.- Vice Presidency of Regulation.- General Directorate of Specialized Authorizations.- Official Letter No. 311- 40916 /2024.

The terms of the authorization to operate as a credit union are modified.

UNION DE CREDITO DE URUAPAN, S.A. DE C.V.

ATTENTION:

MR. GABRIEL VAZQUEZ QUINTERO GENERAL DIRECTOR

With basis in article 14, second-to-last paragraph of the Credit Unions Law (LUC) and due to the reform to the Seventh Clause of the social bylaws of Union de Credito de Uruapan, S.A. de C.V. approved by this National Banking and Securities Commission (Commission) through official letter No. 311-40363/ 2024 dated January 15, 2024, point Second, fraction II of the authorization to organize and operate with such status granted to it through official letter number 601-VI-VJ-A-190/94 dated August 22, 1994, is modified, to remain in the following terms:

II.- The authorized social capital will be $30,000,000.00 (Thirty million pesos 00/100 M.N.), represented by 5900 Series "A" shares corresponding to fixed capital without withdrawal rights and 100 Series "B" shares representing variable capital with withdrawal rights, all of them with a nominal value of $5,000.00 (Five thousand pesos 00/100 M.N.) each.

This official letter is issued with basis in the legal provision previously invoked, as well as in the exercise of the powers conferred upon this Commission by articles 134, 142 and 145, fraction IV of the LUC; 45 fraction I and 64, first paragraph of the Internal Regulations of the National Banking and Securities Commission.
