INSURANCE INSTITUTIONS AND

INSURANCE MUTUAL SOCIETIES

This Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit, through the Unit of Insurance, Pensions and Social Security, based on

the provisions of Article 30 of the Federal Rights Law and in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 8, first paragraph, and

16 G, fractions II and V of the Internal Regulations of the Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit, considering the information provided,

with Official Letter No. 06-C00-72000-09695/2025 of March 26, 2025, from the National Commission of Insurance and Bonds, informs you of the

annual fees that you must pay for inspection and surveillance rights corresponding to the 2025 fiscal year, with a global amount

of $829,846,600.00 (eight hundred twenty-nine million, eight hundred forty-six thousand six hundred pesos 00/100 M.N.), according to

the relationship attached and which forms part of this official letter. These fees:

I.

Will be calculated starting from January 1, 2025.

II.

Will be deposited into the Federal Treasury, through the E5cinco payment system, by electronic transfer,

in accordance with the procedure in force.

III.

The deposit must be made through banking institutions one month in advance, within the first five days of each

month.

Furthermore, insurance institutions that issue bonds, in addition to covering the fees indicated in the attached document,

must cover the amounts corresponding to bond operations carried out.

Insurance institutions and mutual societies must submit their payment receipts to the National Commission of Insurance and Bonds

no later than the 15th day of the respective month, in accordance with Article 4, third paragraph of the Federal Rights Law.

To facilitate the sending of receipts, they may be sent via email to the following address:

cuotas@cnsf.gob.mx or to the offices of said Commission, located at Fernando Villalpando No. 18, Colonia Guadalupe Inn, Alcaldía

Álvaro Obregón, C.P. 01020, in Mexico City.

If the right is not deposited within the established deadline, updates and surcharges corresponding to the amount to be paid must be added.

In the case of financial groups and complementary service companies that are part of financial groups whose controlling societies

are under the supervision of the National Commission of Insurance and Bonds, payment must be made no later than February 25 of the current year, in accordance with the Federal Rights Law.

In the event that insurance institutions or mutual societies have made an overpayment (any amount paid that is higher than that published in the assessment), the National Commission of Insurance and Bonds will proceed as follows:

The insurance institution or mutual society may request, through a written request accompanied by a payment receipt, that the corresponding refund be made in accordance with Article 22-C of the Federal Tax Code, or

The corresponding obligated subject will request, no later than five business days after having made the payment, through the institutional email cuotas@cnsf.gob.mx, that the balance in favor be considered for the next payment(s) to be made.

In the event that the obligated subject does not use options 1 and 2 mentioned above, the provisions of numeral 2 will apply.

This communication is disseminated through the Official Gazette of the Federation, in order to comply with the obligation

established by the last paragraph of Article 30 of the Federal Rights Law.
