RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

On Amending Paragraph 6 of the Regulations on Qualification Requirements for Candidates Recommended for the Position of Head of the Executive Body of a Credit Bureau

This resolution ceased to be in force based on the Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 7/10 dated February 24, 2018 "On declaring certain normative legal acts adopted by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan to have lost their force" (registration number 2988, 30.03.2018).

In accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and No. URQ-345 dated December 29, 2012 "On Amending and Supplementing Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan", the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan RESOLVES:

1. From the second paragraph of Paragraph 6 of the Regulations on Qualification Requirements for Candidates Recommended for the Position of Head of the Executive Body of a Credit Bureau, approved by Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 37/10 dated December 10, 2011 (registration number 2315, January 19, 2012) (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2012, No. 3-4, Article 31), the words "credit unions," shall be removed.

2. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of its official publication.
