The Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan amends certain government resolutions to improve the procedure for currency exchange operations and simplify the provision of state services to business entities. A state duty equal to four times the minimum monthly wage is established for licensing currency exchange activities. Ministries and agencies are required to align their normative legal acts with this resolution within one month, and the First Deputy Prime Minister is tasked with overseeing its implementation.

Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan
On Amendments and Additions to Certain Resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan (regarding "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan" Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 29, 2015 No. O'RQ-396)
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 29, 2015 No. O'RQ-396 "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan", with the aim of improving the procedure for conducting currency exchange operations, as well as simplifying the procedure for providing state services to business entities, the Cabinet of Ministers resolves:
It is established that a state duty in the amount of four times the minimum monthly wage shall be collected for the issuance of a license for the right to conduct currency exchange operations.
Ministries and agencies shall align their normative legal acts adopted by them with this resolution within one month.
Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be assigned to the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.
