This regulation amends the annex to the existing framework for credit bureaus, specifically revising Clause 7 to grant them the right to use company-name stamps, forms, and emblems. It also revises Clause 32 to require the collection of a state duty for registering credit bureaus with the state register, while explicitly waiving any state fee for issuing licenses to them. These amendments apply to all registered credit bureaus and take effect from the date of official publication.

In accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan", "On State Duty" and "On Credit Information Exchange", the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides:
Amendments are made to the annex of the Regulation on the registration of credit bureaus and licensing of their activities, approved by Decision No. 16/23 dated April 28, 2018 of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Registration No. 3042, July 25, 2018) (Collection of Legislative Acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2018, No. 30, Article 630).
This decision takes effect from the date of its official publication.

ANNEX to the Decision of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 25, 2020 No. 12/4 Amendments to the Regulation on the Registration of Credit Bureaus and Licensing of Their Activities
Clause 7 is stated in the following edition: "7. A credit bureau has the right to have stamps, forms with its company name and its own emblem."
Clause 32 is stated in the following edition: "32. A state duty is collected for registering a credit bureau with the state register in the amount specified by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan 'On State Duty'. No state duty is collected for issuing a license to a credit bureau."
