Certain departmental regulatory legal acts are declared invalid under a decision registered by the Ministry of Justice on January 13, 2023 under No. 3415. Qualification requirements for executive employees of commercial banks, microfinance organizations, and credit bureaus are defined in the Law on Non-Bank Credit Organizations and Microfinancing Activities, Regulation No. 3252 dated June 30, 2020, and Regulation No. 3042 dated July 25, 2018. The adoption of this departmental regulatory legal act eliminates inconsistencies existing in legislative documents in the field of these organizations.
A decision of the Central Bank Board "On Declaring Certain Departmental Regulatory Legal Acts Adopted by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan Invalid" registered by the Ministry of Justice on January 13, 2023 under No. 3415 was adopted.
Currently, qualification requirements established for executive employees of commercial banks, microfinance organizations and credit bureaus are defined in the regulatory legal acts governing these areas, in particular in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Non-Bank Credit Organizations and Microfinancing Activities", in the Regulation "On the Procedure and Conditions for Licensing Banking Activities" (registration number 3252, June 30, 2020) and in the Regulation "On the Procedure for Registration of Credit Bureaus and Licensing of Their Activities" (registration number 3042, July 25, 2018), and due to the adoption of this departmental regulatory legal act, inconsistencies existing in legislative documents in the field of these organizations were eliminated.
