On Introducing Amendments and Additions to the Rules on Carrying Out Financial Operations by Microcredit Organizations

LexUZ Note This decision shall lose force from August 8, 2021, based on the Decision of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 5/10 dated April 2, 2021 "On Approval of the Regulation on Coordination and Regulation of the Activity of Microcredit Organizations and Lombards" (registration number 3300, 07.05.2021).

In accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan", "On Microcredit Organizations" and Law No. O'RQ-494 dated October 3, 2018 "On Introducing Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan Aimed at Developing Economic Relations and Entrepreneurship", the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides:

1. Amendments and additions shall be introduced to the Rules on Carrying Out Financial Operations by Microcredit Organizations, approved by Decision No. 24/3 of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 7, 2006 (registration number 1642, November 23, 2006) (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2006, No. 46-47, Article 470), in accordance with the Attachment.

2. This decision shall enter into force from the day of its official publication.

Changes and Additions Being Introduced to the Rules on Carrying Out Financial Operations by Microcredit Organizations

1. The fifth indent of Paragraph 2 shall be stated in the following version:

"amount, terms, payment and full cost of microfinancial services.".

2. Paragraph 15 shall be supplemented with the words "or insurance organization" after the word "bank".
