On Recognizing as Invalid the Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 26/16 Dated November 6, 2017 "On Approving the Regulation on the Procedure for Conducting Currency Exchange Operations with Individuals in Commercial Banks"

In accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan", "On Banks and Banking Activity", and "On Currency Regulation", the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan resolves:

The Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 26/16 dated November 6, 2017 "On Approving the Regulation on the Procedure for Conducting Currency Exchange Operations with Individuals in Commercial Banks" (registration number 2944, November 6, 2017) (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2017, No. 45, Article 1120) shall be recognized as invalid.
