On Taking Record of the “Tumanyan” Branch of “EasyPay” Limited Liability Company

Pursuant to Article 2(3) and Article 20(‘ki’) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and In view of Article 21(3) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Payment Systems and Payment and Settlement Organizations”; and Chapter 12 of Regulation 17/01 “Procedure for Licensing the Payment and Settlement Organizations, Recordkeeping of Branch Offices; Manager Qualification, Appraisal of Professional Adequacy and Registration” as approved by Board Resolution No. 285-N, dated October 25, 2011, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and Considering that “EasyPay” Limited Liability Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia letters of request, dated July 24, 2026, August 5, 2026, and August 7, 2026, together with the required documents and supporting materials, in connection with taking record of its “Tumanyan” Branch,

the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

Enacts:

1. Take record of the “Tumanyan” Branch of “EasyPay” Limited Liability Company.
2. This resolution to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “EasyPay” LLC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “EasyPay” LLC.
