On the basis of Article 1(1), Article 3, Article 8(t), Article 20(1) and Article 22(3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Commission of the Financial Market, Article 139(1), Article 141(1)(a) and Article 144(2)(b) of Law No. 171/2012 on the capital market, Articles 16, 18, 22, 29 and 137 of the Administrative Code, and the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),

The National Commission of the Financial Market DECIDES:

1. A public warning sanction is imposed on the Registry Company „Registrator-Centru” SA for providing incorrect data requested by CNPF in accordance with Article 10⁴(2)(h) and Article 142(3)(a) of Law No. 171/2012.
2. The strict compliance with applicable legal provisions in the conducted activities is emphasized.
3. The Capital Market Department is responsible for monitoring the execution of this Decision.
4. This Decision may be appealed by submitting a prior request to CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău city, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd. No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.
5. This Decision enters into force on the adoption date, is notified to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and its Excerpt is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on CNPF's official website (www.cnpf.md).
