On the Approval of the Rules for Organizing Statistical Reporting in Banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Declaring Certain Amendments Ineffective
The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan declares the Rules for Organizing Statistical Reporting in Banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan (approved by Resolution No. 386 on February 20, 1998) and the Resolution on Amendments to these Rules (Resolution No. 386-1 dated September 21, 2002) to be ineffective. This decision applies to banks operating within the Republic of Uzbekistan. The resolution enters into force on the day of its official publication.

On the Approval of the Rules for Organizing Statistical Reporting in Banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Declaring Certain Amendments Ineffective

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan", the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides:
- The following are declared ineffective:
The Rules for Organizing Statistical Reporting in Banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan, approved by Resolution No. 386 of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 20, 1998 (registration number 680, March 22, 1999);
The Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 21, 2002, No. 386-1 "On Amendments to the Rules for Organizing Statistical Reporting in Banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (registration number 680-1, October 5, 2002) (Bulletin of Normative Legal Documents of Ministries, State Committees and Departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2002, No. 19).
- This resolution enters into force from the day of its official publication.
