The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova authorized the reorganization of Foreign Capital Enterprise LEMI INVEST JSC into a limited liability company through transformation. This decision was issued following the review of the company's application and supporting documents submitted in April 2026. The ruling entered into force on the date of adoption and was published in the Official Monitor and on the Commission's website.

(1) lit. g) of Law No. 220/2007 on the state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, Art. 18 para. (3), Art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and Art. 22 para.
