On the Deletion from the Register of Securities Issuers of the Securities Previously Issued by MIXED ENTERPRISE "PIELE" JSC
The securities previously issued by MIXED ENTERPRISE "PIELE" JSC (IDNO 1002600027619), consisting of 1,347,968 ordinary registered shares with ISIN MD14PIEE1000, are deleted from the Register of Securities Issuers as a result of liquidation. This decision enters into force on the date of adoption and may be contested by submitting a prior request to the National Commission of the Financial Market within 30 days of communication. The decision will be communicated to the recipient, published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova, and posted on the Commission's official website.

(3), Art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law no. 192/1998 on the National Commission of the Financial Market, Instruction on the stages, terms, method and procedures for registration of securities (CNPF Decision no. 13/10/2018), point 16, point 19 and point 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF Decision no. 57/11/2022), the National Commission of the Financial Market DECIDES:
- There are deleted from the Register of securities issuers, as a result of liquidation, the securities, previously issued by MIXED ENTERPRISE "PIELE" JSC (IDNO 1002600027619), in number of 1,347,968 ordinary registered shares and with the identification number ISIN MD14PIEE1000.
- This Decision may be contested by submitting a prior request addressed to the CNPF (MD-2012, municipality of Chișinău, boul. Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt, no. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.
- This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient according to legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md). Dumitru BUDIANSCHI, PRESIDENT
