C140A08/E00480 from date of 20 August 2026, registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) with no. 7257, regarding the removal from the Register of Securities Issuers of the bonds from the 3rd emission, class I, within Offer Program (I), as well as of documents related thereto, based on Law no. 171/2012 on the capital market, art. 8 lit. m), art. 18 para. (3), art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and art. 22 para. (3) of Law no. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, Instruction on the stages, terms, method and procedures for registration of securities (Decision CNPF no. 13/10/2018) and pt. 16, pt. 19 and pt. 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the Commission National Financial Market (Decision CNPF no. 57/11/2022), The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

1. There are removed from the Register of Securities Issuers the bonds from the 3rd emission, class I, within Offer Program (I), previously issued by Commercial Bank "MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK" SA (IDNO 1002600003778), in number of 4,203 securities, with nominal value of 20,000 lei and with identification number MD1004000037, as a result of their maturity.
2. This Decision may be contested by submitting a prior request to the address of CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau mun., bd. Stefan cel Mare și Sfânt, no. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.
3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient according to legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of CNPF (www.cnpf.md). Dumitru BUDIANSCHI, PRESIDENT
