On the renewal of authorization of the Limited Liability Company "FAGURA CAPITAL" as a provider of participatory financing services

Following the examination of the application of the Limited Liability Company "FAGURA CAPITAL" (registered with the National Commission of the Financial Market (CNFM) under No. 1021 on 13.02.2025) regarding the modification of the legal address, as well as the documents related thereto, submitted in accordance with item 14 of the Regulation on the authorization of providers of participatory financing services (CNFM Decision No. 91/11/2024),

Based on Article 8 letters c) and m), Article 20 paragraph (1), and Article 22 paragraph (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Commission of the Financial Market, Article 2, Article 39, and Article 42 of Law No. 181/2023 on participatory financing services, items 13, 14, 16, and 17 of the Regulation on the authorization of providers of participatory financing services (CNFM Decision No. 91/11/2024), and items 16, 19, and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Commission of the Financial Market (CNFM Decision No. 57/11/2022),

The National Commission of the Financial Market DECIDES:

1. The authorization of the Limited Liability Company "FAGURA CAPITAL", approved by CNFM Decision No. 51/21/2024, is renewed by modifying the legal address from MD-2069, Republic of Moldova, Chisinau municipality, Calea Iezilor Street 10B, floor 4, Aptila, to MD-2012, Republic of Moldova, Chisinau municipality, 31 August 1989 Street 78, with the corresponding modifications entered into the Register of providers of participatory financing services.

2. The oversight of the execution of this Decision is assigned to the Capital Market Department.

3. This Decision may be contested by filing a preliminary request with the CNFM (MD-2012, Chisinau municipality, Stefan cel Mare si Sfânt Boulevard No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.

4. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova, and on the official website of the CNFM (www.cnpf.md).
