Operational and Services External Circular DSP-153, Subject 2: Regulations for the Physical Payment Instruments Clearing and Settlement System

This circular replaces a specific page in the Operational Manual for the Physical Payment Instruments Clearing System to modify the exchange schedule for Ocaña and clarify that the first physical exchange session in delegated multilateral plazas corresponds to the afternoon (PM) and the second to the morning (AM). These modifications take effect upon publication. The document also provides the complete updated table of routes, delegated multilateral plazas, and their respective physical exchange schedules.

This Circular replaces page 1 – A2 AB – 29 of Annex 2 Operational Manual for the Clearing System of Checks and Other Physical Payment Instruments, annex “B CLEARING HOUSES, ROUTE CODES, PLAZAS AND EXCHANGE SCHEDULES”, “CCSD DELEGATED MULTILATERAL PLAZAS” dated November 24, 2023, of Subject 2: Regulations for the Clearing and Settlement System of Checks and other Physical Payment Instruments of the CEOS DSP 153.

The aforementioned page is replaced in order to: • Modify the schedule for the city of Ocaña. • Clarify the identification of the physical exchange sessions in the delegated multilateral plazas. In accordance with the above, it is clarified that the first session corresponds to PM and the second to AM.

This modification takes effect from its publication.
