The document publishes the federal participable revenue for January 2025 and details the calculation procedures for federal participations distributed to federal entities and municipalities for February 2025, as well as the adjustment of participations for the third four-month period of 2024. It provides specific data and coefficients for the General Participation Fund, Municipal Development Fund, Hydrocarbon Extraction Fund, Compensation Fund, and specific participations in the special tax on production and services. The figures for February 2025 exclude deductions derived from financial commitments contracted by the federal entities.

ORDER BY WHICH THE REPORT ON FEDERAL PARTICIPABLE REVENUE AND FEDERAL PARTICIPATIONS, AS WELL AS CALCULATION PROCEDURES, FOR THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY 2025 AND FOR THE ADJUSTMENT OF PARTICIPATIONS OF THE THIRD FOUR-MONTH PERIOD OF 2024 IS MADE KNOWN.

EDGAR ABRAHAM AMADOR ZAMORA, Secretary of Finance and Public Credit, pursuant to the provisions of articles 31 of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; 26 of the Law of the Tax Administration Service, and 3, 6 and 11, fraction XX of the Internal Regulations of the Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit, and

CONSIDERING

·

The integration of the federal participable revenue of the month of January 2025, with which the participations in federal revenues of the month of February 2025 were calculated, as well as the corresponding to the period from September to December 2024, with which the differences of the third quarterly adjustment of said exercise were calculated, in accordance with articles 2o., 2o.-A, 3o.-A, 4o.-A, 4o.-B and 7o. of the Fiscal Coordination Law, for the concept of the General Participation Fund; the Municipal Development Fund; the Hydrocarbon Extraction Fund; the Compensation Fund; the specific participations in the special tax on production and services; the 0.136% of the federal participable revenue corresponding to the municipalities bordering the border or the coasts where merchandise physically enters or leaves the country that are imported or exported, and of the transfer of the Mexican Oil Fund for Stabilization and Development, to the municipalities bordering the border or coasts through which the country's hydrocarbons are physically exported;

The determination of the participation coefficients of the first, second and third parts of the growth of the General Participation Fund; the Municipal Development Fund; the Hydrocarbon Extraction Fund; the Compensation Fund; the specific participations in the special tax on production and services; the 0.136% of the federal participable revenue corresponding to the municipalities bordering the border or the coasts where merchandise physically enters or leaves the country that are imported or exported, and of the transfer of the Mexican Oil Fund for Stabilization and Development, to the municipalities bordering the border or coasts through which the country's hydrocarbons are physically exported, with which the distribution of the participations of February 2025 and of the third quarterly adjustment of 2024 was carried out, in accordance with articles 2o., 2o.-A, 3o.-A, 4o.-A, 4o.-B, 5o. and 7o. of the Fiscal Coordination Law, and

ORDER

First.-

In compliance with the obligation contained in article 26 of the Law of the Tax Administration Service, in the tables listed below, the federal participable revenue of January 2025, the participations in federal revenues for the month of February 2025, as well as the procedure followed in the determination and integration of the same, by federal entities and, where applicable, by municipalities, are made known. The figures corresponding to the month of February 2025 do not include deductions derived from financial commitments contracted by the federal entities.
