Ordinance No. 73-032 of June 22, 1973 Transferring to the Central Bank of the Malagasy Republic the Assets and Liabilities of the Malagasy Issuing Institute and Related Rights and Obligations
Ordinance No. 73-032 transfers the assets, liabilities, and related rights and obligations of the Malagasy Issuing Institute to the Central Bank of the Malagasy Republic, based on accounts as of June 30, 1973. The transfer of assets specified in the first article is exempt from any duties or taxes.
ORDINANCE NO. 73-032 OF JUNE 22, 1973 TRANSFERRING TO THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE MALAGASY REPUBLIC THE ASSETS AND LIABILITIES OF THE MALAGASY ISSUING INSTITUTE AND THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS RELATED THERETO (J.O. NO. 918 OF JUNE 23, 1973, P. 1674) Article 1 - The assets and liabilities of the Malagasy Issuing Institute, as derived from the accounts finalized on June 30, 1973, along with the related rights and obligations, are transferred to the Central Bank of the Malagasy Republic. Art. 2 - The asset transfer operations referred to in Article 1 shall not give rise to the collection of duties or taxes.
